Since 2025-2026, Kasteel de Berckt has been undergoing a large-scale renovation of its bedrooms.
Every week, a few rooms are being refurbished, with the rooms being completely repainted.
The current beds in the castle are also being replaced with new box springs and, where possible or necessary, rooms are being embellished with natural stone elements, new floors, night lights with USB chargers, and silent air vents in the bathrooms.
