Students Gala Package

Gala Package includes:

• Arrival including table snacks and a welcome drink
• Reception ( including beer, wine and softdrinks)
• Three-course diner ( including beer & wine)
• Gala night (*no closing time means 06:00 a.m., including beer, wine, softdrinks and Liquors)
• Photo room
• Assorted appetizers/bites during the gala night
• Overnight stay in double room
• Brunch between 9.00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. 

starting at € 167,50 p.p.  on friday and €177,50 p.p. on saturday

In 2026 the gala will cost €179,50 on friday and €189,50 on saturday due to a rise of VAT

Optionally you can rent a professional light and sound system for € 200, all your DJ has to do is plug in. Your DJ can stay overnight for the special price of € 35 including breakfast.
