Completely rebuild, in the original style, farm with 2 large party halls, 2 conference rooms and 32 bedrooms.

This multifunctional farm was taken into use approximately in 2009 but it seems to be here for several centuries. Conference, dance, dine and overnight stay go hand in hand.

Multifunctional

De Kasteelboerderij has 2 large party-halls, 2 conference halls, a large (covered if you wish so) terrace and 32 luxurious hotel rooms. This makes the building suitable for private and business gatherings of one or more natures.

Cradle to Cradle

The environmenttal building style makes the Manor House an example of reuse indicated as Cradle to Cradle: The walls originates from the old town-wall of Venlo, a maximum of natural materials is used like natural stone, loam and the art paintings are created with paint reused from the recycling station.

The facilities of the Manor House

An unusual building one you haven't seen before and which you will look upon with amazement. Luxury antiquity with an artistic touch. Fully equipped to make the most of a wonderful stay. The following facilities you can expect:

Communal spaces

  • Ground floor: 2 large reception rooms and a large hall, 350 and 250 people, also to combine.
  • Extra petit-caf é on the upper floor, under heavy oak rafters overlooking the far area.
  • Large covered outdoor terrace, suitable also with bad weather.
  • TV, video, sound system and professional beamers in the halls.
  • Music computer Maxx-Music can be rented as well as the Karaoke installation.
  • Extra room for the Board or the organization.
  • Wireless internet via Hotspots van KPN or through own free WiFi network.

Bedrooms

  • 32 Bedrooms of which: 26 x 2-up to 4 persons bedrooms and 6 x more persons bedrooms, a total of 134 beds.
  • All rooms have a private shower, toilet and washbasin.
  • All rooms are furnished and decorated by different artists. Extra worth seeing is the shower of room 97 which is reconstructed as in the Hundertwasserhaus in Vienna.
  • All beds are single beds, most beds 2.10 metres long. The beds have fitted sheet and duvet; the linen package (duvet cover/pillow case) is included in the package.

Outside Area

  • Sufficient seating outside.
  • A covered terrace can also be used in bad weather.
  • Events venue, annex large car park.
  • Large lawn for sports and games.
  • Various water features with a varied collection of Koi and gold carp.
  • On our own estate off 35 acres, you can make a nice walk but near the Berckt on the Meuse the nature reserve "Berckterveld" is located with a path right through Venlo.
  • View on thethe beautiful 9-hole golf course.

  • Greenfee at the golf course or the special golf clinic for guests of the Berckt.
  • Recreational golf on the side course.
  • Bicycle rental and step rental.
  • Find the key during the vaults tour in the cellars of the Castle.
